Every company is obliged to check the driving licenses of employees who drive a company vehicle at least twice a year. If this is not done, the company can be held liable if a colleague drives a company car without a license.
geoCapture makes this check much easier for you! Simply hold the driver's license in front of the sensor of a wall terminal and you're done!
Driving license checks can now also be carried out conveniently and from any location using the geoCapture app.
To begin with, photos of an employee's driver's license are stored in the geoCapture portal as a reference.
For each new check, the driver uses the app to take up-to-date images of the front and back of their driving license. The system then automatically compares these with the reference photos already stored.
As soon as a match is detected, the check is deemed to have been carried out successfully, without any additional effort. As with the terminal, the results are fully documented and stored in an audit-proof manner.
The stationary driving license check at the wall terminal has proven itself in practice and offers a particularly high level of security.
A tamper-proof sticker is affixed to the driver's license once. This contains an RFID chip that makes the document uniquely identifiable.
To check, it is sufficient to briefly hold the driving license up to the terminal. Direct contact is not necessary.
As soon as the system has read the chip, the check is automatically recorded and stored in an audit-proof manner.
An additional security mechanism: the sticker with the RFID chip destroys itself if an attempt is made to remove it. Unnoticed transfer to other driving licenses is therefore impossible.
